Shipping Policy

General Information

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
  • We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. The estimated delivery time is provided at checkout but is not guaranteed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Soartec® Tools is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


  • Soartec® Tools is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

  • At Soartec® Tools, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

  2. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


  • After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
